Your rights in cancelling the order are in accordance with termination rights to
which you are entitled under the applicable mandatory legislation.

If what you have purchased is faulty, you have the legal right to terminate the contract and get your money back, or to have the product repaired or replaced.

If you have changed your mind about a product, you may decide, within a 14-day cooling-off period, to return the products in order to receive a refund. The 14-day cooling-off period begins on the date you receive the products.

If you choose to exercise your legal right to change your mind (right of withdrawal), you can do so by sending us the withdrawal form by email to info@gladderr.com. You must return the products to us within 14 days of providing the Model Withdrawal Form.

If you wish to return your order to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to us, unless there is a faulty item delivered. When you send your order back to us, please make sure you send the order in its original packaging and fill out the returns form that came with your order. Download the return form (PDF).

We reserve the right to refuse to return items that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes after they have been unsealed upon receipt by you. It is not possible to return cosmetics where the sealed packaging has been opened, which means that we will not be able to resell these products. It is also not possible to return personalized products that are specifically made to your specifications and that have been produced by us based on your individual choice or decision, or that are otherwise clearly intended specifically for you.

Upon receipt of your return order, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible, within a maximum of 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
