Order Cancellation, returns and refunds

1.      Your rights to cancel your order are in accordance with any termination rights you have under applicable mandatory law.

2.      If your purchase is defective, you have a legal right to cancel the contract and receive a refund, or to have the product repaired or replaced.

3.      If you have changed your mind about a product, you may decide, within a 14-day cooling-off period, to return the products in order to receive a refund. The 14-day cooling-off period begins on the date you receive the products.

4.      If you choose to exercise your legal right to change your mind (right of withdrawal), you can do so by sending us the Model Withdrawal Form by email to info@gladderr.com. You must return the products to us within 14 days of providing the Model Withdrawal Form.

5.      If you wish to return your order to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us, unless the item was delivered defective. When returning your order to us, please ensure you return it in its original packaging and complete the returns form that came with your order. You can find the form here.

6.      If possible, use the shipping box to return the items. Or use another sturdy box. Send the package to the following address:

7.      We reserve the right to refuse returns of items sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes if they have been unsealed after receipt by you.

8.      Pursuant to clause 7, cosmetics whose sealed packaging has been opened cannot be returned, as we are unable to resell these products. We also cannot return personalized products that have been specifically made to your specifications, produced by us based on your individual choice or decision, or otherwise clearly intended specifically for you.

9.   After receiving your return order, we will refund the amount owed to you as soon as possible, within a maximum of 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
